Partnership Working How to Guide

Question of the month

When should our partnership come to an end?

The key issue we are exploring this month is Exit Strategies.

Knowing when to end a partnership can be as important as knowing when to establish one. Partnerships can often outlive their usefulness and if allowed to remain in place for too long may have a negative affect on the organisations and people involved in the partnership.

On the other hand, you may want to evolve your partnership to focus on other areas of joint working. Through setting clear and achievable aims this could prove a useful way of revitalising the role and remit of your partnership.
